What is the Appointment Process?

During your little one’s first appointment, we invite you to stay with them. After the initial examination, we suggest that you allow your child to go through the dental experience just with our staff. This allows our dental staff to gain the confidence of the patient and ensure their comfort.

In order to best serve all of our patients, we request that you notify our office 24 hours or more before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Our Office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance

We are happy to file insurance claims on the day of your appointment if you have given us all of your insurance information. To ensure the insurance company receives each claim in a reasonable time frame, we file all claims electronically. After 30 days from your treatment, you are responsible for any balance remaining. If not paid within 60 days, a re-billing fee of 1.5% will be added to your account for each month until the bill is paid.

Fact 1 – No insurance pays 100% of all procedures

In fact, most insurance plans pay around 50%-80% of the average total fee.

Fact 2 – Benefits are not determined by our office

Fees are determined by each individual insurance company and are often made to look like a dentist is overcharging. However, in most cases, the company is underpaying in some way.

Fact 3 – Deductibles & co-payments must be considered

Deductibles and co-pays, as well as percentages, are always considered when estimating dental benefits. Please contact our office to learn more.
