Our Office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance

We are happy to file insurance claims on the day of your appointment if you have given us all your insurance information. We file all claims electronically to ensure the insurance company receives each claim in a reasonable time frame.

You are responsible for any remaining balance after 30 days from your treatment. If not paid within 60 days, a re-billing fee of 1.5% will be added to your account each month until the bill is paid.

Please keep in mind that we file claims as a courtesy to our patients and do not guarantee any action by your insurance company.

Fact 1 – No insurance pays 100% of all procedures

In fact, most insurance plans pay around 50%-80% of the average total fee.

Fact 2 – Our office does not determine benefits

Each insurance company determines fees and is often made to look like a dentist overcharges. However, in most cases, the company is underpaying in some way.

Fact 3 – Deductibles & co-payments must be considered

Deductibles, co-pays, and percentages are always considered when estimating dental benefits. Please contact our office to learn more.
